To respond to your request, coordinate support, review memorial submissions, manage volunteer or partner enquiries and improve the service.
Memorial information
We aim to confirm publication details with an authorised family contact before publishing personal memorial content.
Static website forms
The launch version uses your device's email application for forms. Information is therefore transmitted through your chosen email provider rather than stored in a Shine Down website database.
Sensitive information
Please avoid sending unnecessary medical, financial, identity or legal documents by ordinary email. Contact us first if verification documents are required.
